College Republicans are cowards. These people sit comfortably in there nice, heated homes and blab how great it is that we are over in Iraq fighting. I'm going to keep this short. These people are too cowardly to go over and fight. The University will still be here when (or if) you come back. So, what are you waiting for? The Military's ( Read more... )

You got to love the right...I mean if you are beating the war drums, and really believe in it, why not join??

Look at most of your republican war drum leaders, like George "National Guard during Vietnam" Bush, or Dick " I had other priorities" Cheney and then you have the pundits on tv like Foxnews's Hannity or Bill Oreilly...Are you kidding me?
There are a few republicans that have served like MCcain, but there are not many.
The fact is that most of the guys that have been through an actual war, oppose this war and in one way or another want to bring our troops home. I mean its common sense, they have been there so they know what goes on, right?

Good stuff Tater.....mj

I agree both sides are corrupt and as great as ridding the goverment of corruption I think it would be impossible to do. I mean there are theories that JFK tried, and others and look what happened...Im not a nut, but anyways back to the main point....You bring up good points and you are right maybe you are not fit for the military, and theres nothing wrong with that ( ... )

Point in fact Brett, there is Hypocrisy, corruption, and fault on both sides. But what we as Citizens of this country should be doing instead of fighting amongst each other, is fighting to get the corruption out of our Government and get it back on track with the people.

I dont understand, you say that you want to rid the world of corruption, but you make no mention of your parties moral shortcomings...and there are many of them....The republicans are one of the most corrupt administrations in the last 50 years by far, and you pointing the finger or saying "well they are all corrupt" is a crappy way to defend your party....I mean its almost as if your saying its ok for your party to be corrupt...

We had the right idea, originally, going to war to clean saddam's clock. Problem is, like most good ideas, it was taken too far. From my stand, we should have pulled out after decimating their armies from the air. As said earlier here, 99% of them don't want us there, no matter what we are trying to do. I say if that is how they truly feel, screw them! If they want to be dominated, nuked, poisoned with chemical weapons, and have their children conscripted, then the US should stop sending our children to die for people who don't care ( ... )

So, Clinton sending troops into Bosnia doesn't count as a hostile action, yielding US casualties. Clinton selling nuclear missile technology to Communist China isn't a hostile action. Finding a man dead in a park, with a briefcase filled with documents about Hillary Clinton wasn't unusual. Clinton refusing to take a call from the CIA about Osama Bin Laden during his "golf game" wasn't totally ridiculous.

Interesting. A traitor and a fornicator, all in one package. How efficient.

Are you serious...Let me see where to start...Bosnia, do you actually know what happened there??? He made that goverment end its murderous attacks on Muslims in Bosnia with the bombings, and oh yeah he did'nt have to send it 150,000 troops to do it...There has not a been a combat related death there for years....I am not going to comment on the selling nuclear missle technology to China, I did'nt know he was actually convicted of that or if its the right wingers doing what they do best ( ... )

College is where you gain your identity, College is where you form your beliefs and College is where you meet the people that you will call friends, and even husband or wife for the rest of your life. College is not just a bunch of "college fools" as you put it and it teaches you much more then a "small bit ( ... )

I also support Brett. Anyone who says College isn't living life, or even 'only a small bit', has not taken a serious look at the life of a college student. I would like to see a normal adult try to handle 15 hours of upper class Political Science coursework. 19 hours of work. 30 hours of studying. Five student organizations. Numerous leadership positions. And fraternal obligations. Then again maybe that's why college isn't for everone. You if you want to call those who support Brett, 'college fools', I think you should try handling what we do for five years, before you start attacking us ( ... )
