Willie looks like Salma Hayeck, if Salma Hayeck stole J.Lo's lower body, stopped wearing make-up, and stopped smiling. Her hair is pulled back, no nonsense style, and she's wearing the kind of pants-suit women wear when they don't want anyone at the office to look at their assets. She doesn't seem to be the kind of woman who has time for silly things like jewelry, or heels, or crossing her legs.

"I have an appointment with Ms. Rosenberg," she declares.

Willow's the only one in Helios' office by the time the woman
enters. Luckily, the security system on the building notifies
her of someone at the front door, and she hits the 'unlock' switch to let her in.
"So you have, if you're Willie." Motions her to take one of the
chairs in front of the desk. "Good afernoon. I'm Willow Rosenberg."

Willie sits and looks uncomfortable. And solemn. And slightly angry, but that seems to be the natural (default, as it were) expression of her face.

"It's nice to meet you."

Willie produces a driver's license, and passport, both with social security number decreeing her WILHEMINA GUADALUPE DEL SANTOS, 08-30-72, 5'6, 135, BLACK, BROWN, LATINO, formerly of Los Angeles, California.

Willow takes a minute to look over the IDs, noting down relevant details.
"This seems to be in order. You don't have to tell me, but I'm curious what brought you to the East Coast?"
