My 8 week break has begun. I still wish I could enter Longview, you know, a little pre-wedding break, but I was good and listened to everyone else :)

That's just CRAZY snooker there! I wish I would have stayed to watch it. Who knew?? I saw that map and said "No one is gonna try that." ahahahahahah

Maybe for Beam you could get a rubber chicken, duck and opossum!! That way you could use it all weekend ;)

Latex monkey is a favorite around here, but my dogs are so destructive that they kill them rather quickly.

Thanks for you patience with your scoring partner :) I appreciate your willingness, accuracy and ability to do a good job scoring!

Lori is toying with the idea of adding team on Friday to her August trial. What do you think?

Hmmm, am I the ONLY one that finds it super suspicious that you two were the scorers on a day the 'puter messed up and you WON the whole thing?? and then Kitty was scoring and didn't STEVE win too?
All very very suspicious!

She missed that tire call on Rumble, she could miss your creative "scoring" for team!!

It was great to see you and your dogs. Hi-Fi is a rude dog that will try to sick his face in crates if I am not aware, maybe this type of behavior is what has set Peach off? I am always on top of Hi-Fi, so it doesn't happen very often, but maybe other people are not so on top of their dogs. I think usually it is a joint effort to get a dog riled in it's crate. Covering in a low traffic place is probably the best for her though. Freddie has that issue, but the dogs do have to come up to his crate for him to get pissy.

Eagle and Osprey fight, yeah, how cool!

Looking forward to seeing you next month all dressed up!

That could've happened, but who knows, I just got the "your dog lunged at the crate and scared the bejeezus outta me..." So yeah, will work on it, but I totally agree!

Yay for next month :)

I'm glad it all worked out well :-) YAY for you and Yankee!!! And for Beam's rubber chicken madness! I wish there was something I could do to help- ya know, that swoop in and make it all better thing? Gah. But I'm *so* happy things got better and you were able to enjoy the full weekend. :-)

It *did* get better, and seeing happy Beam always makes me happy.

It sounds like there were so many, many wonderful moments. It's hard when you struggle with an issue like the Beamer boy issues. Your comment about retiring him if this isn't worked through actually made sense to me. I know, I know with training and consistency and blah, blah, blah many things can be worked through. Maybe this will. But the reality is, some are not and if trying to continue interferes with your relationship with Beam and the joy you have at trials, it's just not worth it. Just saying.

We'll keep playing with it for now, but yeah, I'm not one to enter a dog for *my* needs. That is a reason to have tons of dogs ;)
