Almost two weeks ago on a Thursday afternoon I felt really achy and had a bit of a head ache.  I went home, took some Advil and went to bed.  About half way through the night I was chilled to the bone.  I do keep my room cold, 50's, but I never felt this cold.  I turned up my heated throw to bake, warmed up and fell asleep.  We are a four day a ( Read more... )

After a long drought of nothing going on, things are starting to ramp up again.  March-July felt like an endless loop of Nana School and working dogs.  Then we didn't have Nana School anymore and it was working dogs and that was about it.

Beckit/Schmeckit has been part of the pack for a year now!  Wow!  That went fast!  She was about six months old when she came and now 18 months.  She's a fun and slightly ridiculous little girl.  She fit in well and even Poppet gets along with her.  She loves people and kids.  She follows my girlfriends around and gets super excited when they come ( Read more... )

The corono 19 has really changed things for a lot of people.  Here in Idaho, we were one of the last states to have any cases.  When it finally showed up here the last week before spring break made that week a roller coaster.  We ended up going with kids Wednesday until 1.  The teacher's then spent Wednesday afternoon Thursday putting together ( Read more... )

We survived Beckit's first heat.  Rooster did loose his head for a few days and that was hard.  Slutty Beckit, wasn't much better.  I'm really leaning towards spaying her though.  Since she came in now, she should go back into heat around May/June.  That's prime do stuff with your dog time!  It would be hard to take her and Rooster to trials in the ( Read more... )
