Yeah WTF...so I guess really this comes down to a case of going with what I feel and being honest about it, even if it means being a bit reclusive. The opposite side of it is forcing myself, then feeling resentful to the people around me for 'invading my space' or something, or whatever my brain works up as a way to feel self-righteous.
Well if you are genuinely concerned with changing this, therapy could be a good option. It could get you to the root of the problem of why you do this, heck it might be a simple problem and you dont even know it!
Anyhow *hugs you* I wish you were gonna be at MFF this weekend, it would be great to hang with ya no matter what mode you are in ^_^
