HELLO YOU! been missing you! How is it going?

I am not large into parsnips, but this does sound scrummy.

I made a spicy butter bean and carrot soup yesterday, it was delish!

Parsnips were the most interesting vegetable in the farmers' market on Saturday - hence the need to kill about 5/6 in the soup. :) Can I has your recipe? :)
