wrote a new poem today called "Dogtag Soldier" I'm rather proud of it actually, not being about someone breaking my heart or anything of the such. Other people may not like it, but I sure do. Comments? Criticism ( Read more... )

Your right it is good because it is different and not as personal. It's good to break away from depressing poems and stuff because I'm tired of that shit! On Allpoetry.com there is always people who are like "pain this pain that" SHUT THE FUCK UP PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! GAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I needed to let some frustration out, anyway good write.

lol thank you. I think. lol. Yeah this one came to me after a Geometry test today, and my dad's dogtags were laying on my desk from when he was in the marines and such. So yep. Thanks babe. lol

Haha, toy soliders is actually a song.
From the 80's. It's really good.

But yeah, I like it. Both the poem and the song. The poem could use a bit of work, though.

I'll keep that in mind I suppose. But I like it as it is. It is mine, and I like the way it came about. I'm sorry it isn't good enough to you, but it is to me.
