All right! Thanks to the help of kathy_williams, josiefier, and the instructions found here---I now have a personalized layout!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!

For any of you who may have seen this journal a little wonky--that was most likely when I was in the process of trying things out and fixing things. ^^; But I know a little more about CSS now! And in my pursuits, I found a ( Read more... )

Yeah, CSS really is an amazing thing. Sadly I have to relearn it. XDDD I forgot most of what I learned from Intro to Web Design.

Gack~! Seeing you restyle your layout is giving me the twitch to finally get my bootie on the move and restyle like I always planned to. I'm so lazy, this was a way overdue plan OTL

Yeah, CSS seems to make the internet world go round. Oh please do! I wanna see what you'll come up with! Any ideas so far?

Phew~! I finished most of it right about now. Although, I may have overdone it with the sparkles XD

Any designs that I make usually involve butterflies, flowers and/or soft colors. Still, I stuck with the wind idea since I like flow~y things.

On rare occasions, I do get a little overzealous to the point where the graphics are too much... although, I've been trying to control myself lately. More is not necessarily better I seem to have learned this the hard way, if I learned at all OTL

You should! It's really fun because then it feels more like it's yours. And as for being Kyoya-ish--you've at least got the color down! XD

My suggestion would be to look at the link I provided above and find out the certain type of journal theme you have and then go searching for a Kyoya header and voila! A personal header can do wonders. :)

Oh wow--I TOTALLY FORGOT! ^^; Seriously--I feel horrible now. But I would like to still pimp this place up...so maybe some tips/sort of lesson? XD I'm going to work on learning how to do this stuff.

Alright, back to what I originally wanted to tell you. Did you know the song you're quoting and stuff for this journal (Fireflies, by Owl City, right?) was made by a band that originated near where I used to live? At the time that this song first hit the radio and had it's big moment, the local radio station played it almost all the time...enough to the point where all the older teenagers in that town, and the few smaller towns surrounding it, have an EXTREME dislike for it. So yeah, guess what song I haven't heard anything about from the people that still live in that neck of the woods? :)

Just thought you'd find that interesting. Now excuse me while I go get some real sleep.

XD Thanks! I hope things didn't seem strange--because I was fiddling around with the CSS a little before your comment was posted. Sadly, my plan didn't work out. But I'm still working on it!

Hahaha! That's hilarious! Yeah, the song is Fireflies. You live near where they started out? That's cool! So Owl City is from the ol' AZ? Never knew that--Oh! Happy belated 99th Birthday of AZ! I was planning on saying that to you earlier but I...forgot. I wish I could go down next year for the 100th anniversary. That would be so awesome!

But uh...back to the topic at hand--I can easily see why you guys would get bored of it easily. XD And I have no clue why I love the song so much...just do I guess. Good thing I don't have something rigged so it's playing while you're at my page, huh? XD
