i had an american eagle $25 gift card for prolly about a year that i had gotten with my citibank reward points. i must have gone into the stores like 6 times and couldn't find a damn thing. i just went on their website and they were offering free shipping if you bought 2 clearance items. music to my ears! i got these and only paid $4.00 and change ( Read more... )

i have a habit of being unable to find things to buy with gift cards for some reason.  but it works out for me in the end because i manage to drag out my birthday for years on end.  so i JUST used the lord & taylor gift card aunt pam and uncle dean gave me LAST YEAR for my birthday.  i got this! i'm so excited. thanks pam and dean!

that's enough french for me right now. my mom and i had an absolutely divine visit to paris. our hotel was a few blocks from the eiffel tower. i had forgotten how truly spectacular it is.
