why couldn't you pick up those tickets at ticketmaster ?

They said the concert wasnt "accounced" on their ticketmaster computer, yet on the internet the onsale for public date was June 6th.
I'm not sure what i'm going to do because there's a good possibility that I might be going to hellfest in New Jersey. So I'd have to pick Hellfest over this show...
