Please pardon the unfamiliar contact. in instances like this when communicating with compromised systems I use dummy profiles that I maintain on an isolated satellite server. Until your system has been certified clean I will contact you under the pseudonym Ruben Peters. This will prevent any unauthorized users from accessing my system.
I can see quite readily the severity of the corruption of your system and I will take the case, though at this time I cannot be certain that my current case, this incident and the incident at Area 52 are connected. If they are not then I will need to prioritize. Please advise as to the company's preferred order of priority should each of these issues be unrelated.
