Dee here is one of the Endless, who are sort of like personifications of powerful forces at work in The Sandman. She's omniscient in her canon, and while she's no longer a special snowflake in Route, she still retains her memories of whatever she already knew before in her canon

However, her weapon isn't DESIGNED to merely knock someone out, seeing as it has a huge laser sword coming out of it and stuff.

Has your character had any experiences with reincarnation? His Digimon had to be reborn. Not sure if that counts...
Has your character suffered the loss of someone close to them? When Ken was nine, his older brother, Osamu ends up getting hit by a car and dies at the scene while the ambulance arrives. He for years, was convinced that his older brother's death was his fault. More recently, his Digimon partner, Wormmon, had sacrificed himself to bring Ken back to his senses.

Has your character killed someone before? Sort of? He's 'killed' a few of the homunculi a few times, but they have all been able to regenerate. I'll let you decide if that counts.
Has your character had any experiences with reincarnation? Another sort of? Ed and his younger brother tried to resurrect their mother through human transmutation, but it failed, instead making a humanoid-monster-thing. Ed investigates this and it's learned that the thing wasn't their mother. Once again, your decision on whether or not this counts.
Has your character suffered the loss of someone close to them? Yes. Ed lost his mother from an epidemic. Nina may also count, who was the daughter of Shou Tucker, who had let Ed and Al study his noted on bio-alchemy. Tucker used her and her pet dog to combine them through alchemy and create ( ... )
