"we’ve no evidence that no one remembers the CyberKing" - I wouldn't say that. If a giant robot devastated London in 1852, it would have lasting implications that would be hard to miss, not to mention people would be somewhat familiar with Cybermen.
Here's another one: The doctor flew past the London Eye at the beginning of this regeneration, which was constructed in 1999. Amy was 7. Then he was supposed to have been gone 12 years, then 2 more years, so it should be 2013 at least, not 2010.
