I am so sad that I haven't got Animal Planet... I would so love to see especially Ocean's Deadliest. I'm thinking a lot about Steve this time around, don't know why but I guess it just hit me again much I miss having a man like him in the world. How much he was and did *sigh*
I've been waiting for this all month and there were so many times, watching it, that I had to have that box of tissues, too. But, at the same time, Steve still made me smile, laugh even, with his exuberance and enthusiasm. God, I'm going to miss that so much.
I couldn't/can't watch it. Right now the pain is still too great. I, too, am so affected by his death......still. And I really didn't want to cry tonight.

I teared up at the first shot of Steve in the truck, greeting Phillipe. Otherwise, it was sad to think that this was the last production, but wonderful to see. At first, I was surprised that Ocean's didn't mention the accident, but by the time it was over I realized that was for the best, because the documentary was still completed as closely to plan as it could have been, without the message and content of it being overshadowed by the tragedy. I'd like to think he would have preferred it that way.
And Crikey, What an Adventure was nicely done, I thought. It wasn't quite as much of a retrospective as I was thinking it would be, but then I guess they'd already covered that ground in "Confessions of the Crocodile Hunter" and the "Steve's Story" episode. (I really liked the Sports Center ad with Steve in it; I missed seeing that the first time around, I guess because I really don't watch ESPN.)
My only complaint is that I would have liked to see Crikey aired without commercials. I mean, the Royal Caribbean ads and the Little
