When I worked for Pasta & Co, the owner insisted on making Oyster Stuffing. G-ROSS!!!

I am a personal fan of stuffing. Last year Matt made a really REALLY aewsome gravy that included some Chardonney. We tossed some of that in the stuffing with Chicken Stock and it came out well.

As for food I wouldn't want, I'm with J on the Ham. But also have yet to be impressed with brussel sprouts.
