The heat at my office is apperently out for some reason. It is extremely hard to type when you can't feel your fingers. I want nothing more than to be warm right now. Think anyone would notice if I built a little fire under my desk to keep me warm?

When I worked at Lockheed many people had space heaters under their desks. I wore my coat on the bad days, and at times I wished I could type with thick gloves on.

I have my coat on my lap keeping my legs warm. My sweater is pretty thick and keeping that part of me warm enough. Mostly it's my hands, feet, and face that feel like I am going to get frostbite. A space heater would be very nice right now. Maintenance has been called, hopefully they get here soon

I always grab some black stretchy gloves and cut off the tips of the fingers and melt the ends with a match or over a gas flame to keep them from unraveling. They keep my hands warm enough to type and also work as Riff Raff gloves.
