I know it has been a while! Facebook has had my attention for keeping up with folks. Had a good 4th weekend. Saw family & friends in Tennessee and Virginia. I intend to return to blogging again. Huzzah!

It is time... It is now...10 years ago, my wonderful mother passed from this earth into heaven. It was the day before Thanksgiving, her favorite holiday because she LOVED to cook. Saturday, slept in because of being up so late. Went to the Metal Museum and had a great conversation with the lady at reception about the college, etc. Saw another lady blacksmithing and the others in the shop welding and such. At breakfast across the street from the hostel. It is called "Stone Soup" and I had a great veggie quiche! We then headed to Graceland! It was about 10 minutes away! My brother-in-law stopped by on his way home to N.C. So glad he was willing to take care of my dad while Elvis went to class Wed night, and I could work late to get some stuff done. Wow, time flies when stuff is going on!
