I definitely agree with most of this. especially your first place :) and Faithfully just gets better every time I hear it. and I lvoed the boys mash-up. Cory was ... too good for words. as strange as it may sound, he is my favorite male singer on that show

Im glad I wasnt the only one unimpressed by Groff. while I dont get a rash anymore every time I see him I still think Jesse St. James was a poorly executed plot device and I dont want to see him ever again on that show

I love any Rachel/Finn number but Borderline/Open your heart is probably my second favorite. the lyrics, Finn drumming, the ending <3 for me it trumps No air any time :)

See, I wouldn't mind having Jesse back as a guest star, as long as they kept it to one or two episodes at a time and didn't involve him too heavily in the plotline.

Matt Morrison is my favourite male singer on the show, but I like Cory best of the guy "kids", even though I know most of the others are technically superior.

I did like Borderline/Open Your Heart somewhat, but... I just don't like Madonna all that much, so the numbers I liked more in that episode were the ones they really put a musical theatre spin on with huge arrangements and lots of pageantry.

Im very consequent in my dislikes :) maybe later in teh season, just as a part of VA performance, but right now I dont really want to see him

I love Matt dancing. I dont think Ive ever seen anything as sexy as Matt dancing. I like all their voices but Corys just sits the best with me. but I would really like to hear more all-boys numbers such as Beth. and I want to hear him with Kurt and Will

I can understand that. Im not a Lady Gaga fan. though Im realizing that I mostly like her songs as long as someone esle sings them.

i couldn't agree more about your 1st, 2nd and 3rd places =)
also "Matthew Morrison in a dark cardigan sweater, playing guitar and singing plaintively alone on a stage? YES PLEASE. Less rapping, more singing from Mr. Schue!" is so true! i loved the directors cut even more than the original pilot, i wish they didn't cut that performance out of the episode...

thank you for this :)

I also much preferred the Director's Cut to the original Pilot! I actually saw the Director's Cut first, so I was not very amused when I watched the original and saw this scene had been cut.

I didn't care about Jesse St James, but then I saw Jonathan Groff in "Taking Woodstock" and he's fantastic in it. You should see this movie (if you haven't yet), it's really good.
