drama queen.
1. what is your favorite buffy (the show, not the character) love scene? it doesn't acutally have to involve love, just some kind of lovin'.
2. if you had to chose one person in your life to be a zombie and then you had to hunt them down and blow their head off in an epic battle between good and evil, life and death, who would it be and why? hint: the answer can't be me.
3. what is the most pathetic thing you've ever done to kill time or procrastinate?

DAMN BABY YOU MAKE IT SO SWEET (good questions) restlessnow February 9 2005, 03:07:38 UTC
1. hmm...probably after xander has been all "YO BUFFY YOU REALLY LOVE RILEY SO GO GET EM" and he goes to anya and tells her all these really sweet and meaningful things. i think he says she makes him feel like, for the first time, a man. i just remember thinking it would be really wonderful for someone to say that to me. SHATTAP. (it's in whatever is riley's last episode...into the woods, i think it's called?)
2. i guess the obvious answer is good old dubya. though i could just as easily pick coach scharpf or however the hell you spell it. or dotty hanson. or...this is bad. i should not want to do this to too many people. oh yeah YOU.
3. oh god. look at pictures of various celebrities on the internet. watch music videos on itunes that i don't even like. like, you know, usher. and play dress up...that's all i'll say about that. there's also a good deal of singing that goes on if i'm all alone.

I think the subject line was probably offputting. Call me crazy.

you know what's really offputting? the fact that i had to go back and check what the actual subject is...i don't even remember writing that.

Bad ass. Okay. Here we go.

1. Why did you quit smoking?
2. If you have ever fallen in love, communicate using one image, with one central object, and one smell, what its essence is from your own personal history.
3. Which is more important? Truth or beauty? (ergo) Are there ideals worth living for? Are there ideals worth dying for? Would you for either, or is perception enough.

Discuss.

1. over winter break i got a nasty virus and i ended up being sick for 3/4 of my vacation. i was so horrified by the sounds of my coughs (as well as the color of the stuff i coughed up) that i got to thinking about weak immune systems, phlegm, charred lungs, etc. i was convinced that it was the common cold and that it was worse simply because of my smoking. even after i found out it was a virus, i was determined to stop. i had a real advantage because the nicotine was out of my system long before i decided to quit (it takes about 3 days to get out and i was sick for about 12). i even caved in on a bad day about three days after i decided to quit. but it was so weird...i didn't enjoy it at all. i barely finished it. i haven't had one since ( ... )

alright alright...i suppose it depends on what you think should be a guilty pleasure. many would say i should be ashamed for listening to nine inch nails...but i enjoy listening to them and they're one of the first bands i ever listened to. to my credit, though, i now only like them on occassion and they don't get me the way they used to. i'm sure there's a lot more music that can go in the guilty pleasure column, but all i can think of now is boston's "more than a feeling."

i watched a season of the surreal life a couple months ago...i guess that made me feel guilty. well anyway you get the idea.

1. we were out in that park downtown and you bought yourself a hot dog. it was really sweet for some reason. it was like...joe snack time! although it's funny you asked that...cause i was just recently thinking about sweet moments at simon's rock. do you remember lying on the grass and watching "mars attacks"? and something reeallly funny not involving us happened? or me telling some bitchy counselor she was a cow or something? (shit i forgot exactly what i said...i was stoned...what did i say?)......while we're here, what was your favorite nyc visit moment?
2. OF COURSE. you just have to come out here. it's really boring, actually. i mean, even ice t takes naps between scenes...or, actually, i saw him close his eyes every time the camera moved away from them.
3. BLAH BLAH YELLOW BRICK ROAD. BLAH BLAH.

first of all. you run across my mind a lot too these days...for various reasons (all of which i will explain to you sometime). i think the problem is that we both want to have actual long long conversations but neither of us actually have the time. once my play is done (it'll be done by the end of next week), i'll have more free time. and you could maybe come to visit one weekend? maybe? it sounds like your parents are on your back a lot now so i can cross my fingers ( ... )
