I've been trying to post a blog entry over there for the past two days with no luck. I keep getting error messages. I went to the Tech Help section to report it and got an error message there too. GRRRRR.

I would absolutely love to be romantically involved with a man whose name I've never had to say before. To clarify: someone not named the same as a friend, or someone I went to school with, or someone I deal with at work, etc. A brand new name that would slide out of my mouth like a page of sheet music never heard before. That would be lovely

Since I don't do the bar scene, I've been poking around on some of the online dating sites just to get an idea of what's out there. I'm running into a problem. I can't seem to find my type of men on there. I'm picky enough as it is, but trying to find an alt/emo/goth type guy on these things is near impossible. Roller skating is NOT like riding a bicycle. You don't remember how to do it. It's like starting from scratch. I used to be able to speed skate, and today I was holding the wall like a baby. Gah!

Who did we manage to run into on the way into church this morning? None other than J, his parents, AND his grandmother! He didn't say a peep. His mom hugged me. His grandma asked how we were doing. Went to Francisco's Farm yesterday (www.franciscosfarm.org) with Y and S. S and I were sitting under a tree in the shade, waiting for Y to finish her craft she was working on. Saw the SATC movie today. Ladies broke into applause as soon as the theme music started, and they clapped at the end. Reminded me of elementary school when little kids clap when the movie is over in the library. My only gripe was the fact that the chick next to me brought her man, and I couldn't get my cry on like I wanted to.

Last Tuesday night, my leg went to sleep to the point where it was utterly and completely numb. Like the idiot that I am, I thought that I could somehow get up and make the three feet walk from S's room to mine while it was in this state. WRONG.
