so the update i got is that the lung stuff brandon referred to is indeed a biopsy, and the dr is talking to them a lot about cancer, but they are waiting for the results still. the did an endoscopy and his stomach is covered in ulcers. there is certainly a chance that could be cancer as well. best case scenario, no cancer, he's looking at least 2

have you talked to brandon about the possibility of cancer or are you keeping that information quiet for now?

brandon actually first brought up cancer. he's well aware of his dad's 2-3 pack a day smoking habit and the dangers that comes with.

he broke my heart last night. i asked him if he was holding up okay and if he was upset or really worried. he just said "no i'm used to him being in the hospital". that crushed me. i hate that it's a thing he's even had a chance to get "used to".

i've been wide awake since 2:45 this morning just wanting to go cuddle him and protect him from everything.
