So we were watching the Bears/Giants game on TV last night and there was this amazing play where a missed field goald was run back 108 yards for a touchdown, tying the record for the all-time longest run back in league history ( Read more... )

As many observers can attest, I made quite a scene of that in the SLR last night. There was much screaming at the television.

Um, that would have pissed me off. I frickin' hate that! And seriously, does it really need to make the annoying bleep sound too?

Well, around here the EBS seems to be reserved for "a tornado has been spotted in your area and is headed in XXX direction." I can't really fault it for that. But how often do they really need to test it?
