ok, do somethign else, mayhaps skating. set it up so you go around a block once everyday, 2 blocks when you feel up to it, 3,...etc. just actually getting out an doing some excercise'll make you feel more energetic and eventually youll work you legs muscles out a good bit and be toned and feel better about yourself. cosmo told me so :P (oh yeh, and personal experiance too)
