I talked to someone who actually knows what they're doing at Jefferson Commons and got my bill drastically reduced to only one hundred something (originally $485). I'm much relieved. I didn't even have to get hateful ^^ The manager I talked to couldn't even tell from the itemized report what a lot of those charges were for.

So I got my statement back from Jefferson Commons (the apt. complex I moved out of at the beginning of this month)...I am charged for..keep in mind that the ENTIRE apt. was the size of my current master bedroom...$135 for "cleaning", $150 for "painting", $30 for "carpet"...and $310 for "base rent". I'm going to kill my boyfriend's cat. =P In the bedroom, while I was trying to sleep, first he knocked over some of my VHS tapes and woke me up. Then he knocked over the Dreamcast and woke me up. Then he knocked over my *FUCKING TV* and woke me up. Luckily there was a lot of blankets and crap on the floor under it and it seems to work fine.
