i will have to eat a bit tomorrow (well, today, technically it's very early morning) night because i'm doing something social with a friend. i'm trying to get out of it, though... at least, the eating part.
but starting on august 1st i am FASTING. anyone want to do it with me so we can provide support? let me know. :)
today's intake: 2 nectarines few handfuls of raisins
only about 2 hours of exercise but i worked ALL day today
tomorrow i'm going to be gone all day and i'm only eating in the evening when i meet up with my friend, she wants to get fruit juices or something. that's fine.
