well day 2 of the gym, i missed yesterday, but i think its gonna become an everyday thing, everyday for about 45 minutes...sounds good to me.. well plus i have changed my diet, and restricted myself on the things i shouldnt eat and all that good stuff...im eating pretty healthy lately, im giving myself one day a week that i can splurge a bit, like

I think its great that you went to the gym and took it easy.
Thats the right way to do it.
As long as you can do 20 minutes of continuous cardiovascular exersize (whether its walking on a treadmill, or even stairmaster) and you are really making your heart pump, that is the minimum you should do.
If you continue to go to the gym you can work yourself up to longer cardio workouts.
Try to have soemwhere who works there to help you and have them create a nice started workout for you and stick to it.
