The sleeves of my (short) white coat were too short, so I hemmed them. Then I decided, why do white coats have to look crappy and boxy and awkward? So I took in the sleeves and sides, then put darts in the back to give it a shape, then put a little belt with four red buttons across the darts. I'll post pictures as soon as I get my hands on a
