I brought a load of leaves home Sunday afternoon and then I brought a huge load of leaves home Monday afternoon. [Loads #5 and #6.]

He's bothered by "what will people say" more than anything else. The fact that no one else ever seems to worry about what we think, never seems to dawn on him!

As for the trash bags of leaves--I'll be spreading them this afternoon simply to shut him UP. (And as of Tuesday afternoon, I brought home load #7, so I better be getting on with it or I'll get too far behind and we have more rain on the way....)
