It's working really hard right now to bring us a huge load of snow here in the upper Midwest and all the way over to the east coast, and rain all over the South. I'm just glad that all the sleet and ice has stayed south of us. Last Thursday Hubby was fretting about us having two windows that needed an extra layer draped over them. "Do we have any old towels that we can use to cover up those two windows in our front room?"

I started out reading about foods that raise Cortisol hormone levels and why that's bad for you. But there's more to having elevated Cortisol hormone levels than just the foods you eat.

After a couple of hours of this, I googled a weird question: IS THERE A GENETIC LINK TO HAVING ELEVATED CORTISOL LEVELS?
