I started taking Nature Made brand MG supplements a few days ago and already I'm noticing some really good results from it.

The insomnia is gone for now. My sleep is greatly improved. I'm sleeping deeply and for longer at a time. Best of all, I'm not "dosing lightly" where any little thing will wake me up and then keep me awake for the rest of the ( Read more... )

I don't take that, but perhaps I should look into it. I'm a chronically light sleeper.

i take nature made magnesium oxide softgels, but i take it as a stool softener to counter my psych meds' constipating nature. i think i do better, mental health-wise when i take it. but whether i need it or not, and how much i need, depends on what else i eat, so sometimes i take it, sometimes not. sometimes its 250mg, sometimes its 400 or even 500. and one of my meds is very sedating so i don't generally have trouble sleeping.

It's still working wonderfully well on me!
I swear I can't remember the last time I've slept so much as I have these last few days.
Thanks to sleeping better, I think I'm clearer headed and thinking better too.
