Seems we have two little boys across the street that are hell raisers. They find it funny to go down to the drainage lake we have going on in the complex and find, pick up and box all kinds of snakes. They are not afraid of cotton mouths or rattle snakes and their mother seems to not care one way or the other

We did that too, they said they would get here when they could, but they weren't sure it would be today.

How about social services? Tell 'em the mother's neglecting them and letting them deliberately put themselves and others in danger?

I'm surprised this doesn't fall into the category of 'attempted assault with a dangerous weapon' or that this can't be filed under a harassment case.

I've no idea if it'd help, but a friend of mine knows people at Texas Parks and Wildlife and I'll email him asking what if anything he can do about getting a game warden out there if you want. Did you ask the police about trespassing? That's the thing that comes to my mind that they might be able to do something about. Good luck!
