Thanks to everyone that inquired after me, I'm doing much better today. The shots themselves... well let's leave it at they hurt like hell. I'm gaining flexibility though and other than general soreness in the muscles and the injection area, I'm doing well. My migraine was gone about 10 minutes after the injections, so that was a plus. I slept
