 It is really interesting--and quite amusing--to view the world from crutches. People stare at me in amazement, as if I've just completed some incredible feat or committed a horrendous crime. Oh, I was playing soccer for my school team and I sprained my ankle really bad at practice. And then the next week, I went in a game and sprained it a second time.

Perhaps you should stop doing that...I understand ankle pain very well. Hang in there, and try to enjoy the attention while it lasts.
