O K, so here's the deal, i'm depressed and happy, i know it's wierd but it's just true... So i'm happy cause i kicked ass at running, me and lucas owned the team. I was top 3 on some of the runs (run for 4 mins fast, 3 min rest). And why i'm depressed.......... i don't have the guts to tell u now...

well I'm back and i can't sleep and i guess i should tell u all how my vacation went. O k what i did: horse back riding, rapid river riding, mountain biking, took a chair lift to the top of a mountain (ears popped on it), did a 5k through the mountain, went go-kart riding witht the family, and we all saw monster trucks.
