O k. sorry i haven't updated in awhild but simming was in full force (20 hours of swimming a week not including meets). But tapers around the corner :))) (pratces get easy so we swim fast at the last race). On the meet tuesday i did the smartest thing any swimmer can do, swam into the wall.
