Can anyone recommend me a good realtor for the Boston area?

If the Boston area includes Somerville/Cambridge/points north, we were super happy with Brian Christopher as a seller's agent (http://vow.mlspin.com/default.aspx?id=35219&PageType=3&PageId=703666). He was very knowledgeable about issues that might crop up during inspection, good at helping us clarify our needs, and a fantastic negotiator (knocked 10% off the asking price - thanks to compound interest, the gift that keeps on giving for decades).

Uhhhhh I meant buyer's agent, of course.

I have no personal experience with her on this front, but I've heard good things about surrealestate, and she's One Of Us which is sometimes a key factor.

My first floor tenants in Malden (alas soon to be ex-tenants) are realtors. LA is who found us the house we're in now. Since then, his husband, Angel (who was already doing his comps) has gotten his license. You can find them at www.nortonrealtyteam.com. LA's number is 617-276-6774.

LA is a lovely fellow, as is Angel. Not that I had to work with them for house finding. I have an anti- recommendation.

I adored Leland at Boston Green Realty.
