Yesterday was my half-in/half-out day: I've been a member of OTO for 23 years, 7 months and 19 days...the exact same length of time that I haven't been a member.

My twelve year anniversary was last month...still got 9 more years till I reach the "half n' half" like you; but congratulations and let's hope for at least another 23 years more (and 23 beyond that) of great Fraternity and Service from you Richard.

Glad you like the icon. The out-takes (pictures that didn't make the cut) are pretty hilarious. Also, you can't read it in the minitaurized icon version, but the sign I'm holding is modeled on Sirius Black's but reads "Abuldiz Prison #ALGMOR3YX."

You should totally photoshop out your nose and do a "dark lord" poster.
