Escape from Alcatraz

I escaped from Alcatraz this morning in 38 minutes. The winner did it in 20. I only did the swim section on a relay team. I don't run unless I'm being chased.

It was the easiest open water swim I've ever done. The water was dead glass this morning.

You know those guys that escaped in 1962? They're still alive in Europe somewhere.

Did you have a wet suit on? They say it's the cold that would've gotten o them...and not the swim itself. I read that the prisoners weren't allowed to take cold showers for fear that they would get used to the cold water.
