Story- Boy rides bike. Boy meets car. Boy does not want to meet car any closer, so swerves out of car's way on bike. Bike tire gets caught in streetcar track. Boy falls on bike. Handlebar stabs boy. Boy's belly looks like this (hard to see- 3" of swelling not normally there.)

After 24 hours, a heating pad will help reduce the swelling and increase the healing (the first 24-48 hours in ice).
