I had a 21st birthday party. There was a bottle of wine involved, because it's simply not a 21st birthday for an American without alcohol involved... even if it's just for form's sake. There was also a cake.

I'm not studying. Well, not the way I need to be, anyway, and not much aside from that.

This worries me because I need to study more than I've ever needed to in the past this time, and more than I hope I'll ever need to in the future. So, why the @#$%ing @#$% can't I concentrate or even think straight when I'm looking at my work?

I skipped an unchecked lab on Friday to watch the Buggy races live. It was totally worth it. Unfortunately, that was the best I felt from then until this afternoon. Heck, that was the best I felt all week.

Why can't my electronics just work?

More importantly, why can't electronics which worked two weeks ago work nowSeriously, the sensors worked, when I made them. IIRC, it was shortly after Easter on the new power bus, though I'll admit it's possible that I was working off a straight 4.5V battery box.
