Hot off the San Diego Comic Con news presses. Although you ladies are better at keeping track of this stuff than I am, here's the news on the latest development of Shatterstar's father/son/clone thing:
I kind of wonder if the person who did the interview was at all familiar with X-Factor. The part about Longshot's look being unchanged since the 1980s made me raise an eyebrow, and also the mention that we don't know anything about his personality.
I love Longshot, yet the idea of anyone else but Peter David writing him makes me nervous. I want to be excited, but I also want Peter David to be writing the book. :/
Yeah, how about Ann Nocenti the lady who invented him?
Me, I'd like to see him do more than be wallpaper and play Kelso from That 70's show. It was fun, but I'm ready for more because he's a three dimension guy who goes past thinking with his dick (as popular a theme as that was for ALL the male characters in David's run frankly). Claremont did a decent job writing him too.
