Ever misuse a word, accidently or purposefully, in conversation with someone only to later overhear him misuse the same word in the same way you did?

People are such fakers.

I have had that happen! My brother does that very often.

The other day a friend of mine was talking about his various neuroses and he misused "theological" repeatedly, as though it was synonymous with "psychological". It was kind of annoying but I didn't have the heart to correct him. I always feel like a jerk.

By faking it. Or whatever. In any case it's neat how we triangulate meanings from other words and sometimes we're not always accurate.
