Gentle LJ readers, I need your help. Two nights ago, my roommates/coworkers and I came up with an idea for a website, and today, we launch. Check it out: stuffguppy.

I'm.....not sure I get it. Do you buy things....or just look at them? And his eyes....that really bothers me. If you look at the top, they're different sizes. And if you look at the bottom, they're the same. AHHHH!!!

too high concept. i am overhwhelmed. what if i post a picture of my 8x8 shelf of DVDs, does that count?

You should add an option to skip stuff that the user has previously rated, so the user can keep coming back to the site and rate the new things without skewing the rating system by having to multiply rate items.

it keeps track of where you are, and should return you to the next thing when you come back. if you're getting repeats, it's because you've gone all the way around.
