Weather.com lists the ambient temperature at 21 degrees currently, with a wind chill factor of 14.

I now proceed to the gym dressed in naught but a heat-dissipating T-shirt and polyester sweatshorts.

The walk to the gym from my apartment is one mile, no less.

Let us see how this goes.  I shall post later, if I survive.

Yeah, that might have turned out to be more than a little stupid.

I didn't feel particularly cold, but the early frostbite on my bare arms said differently. Also, the pressure on my chest that lingered for a good 30 minutes after I warmed up.

I think there's a small to moderate chance I might end up with pneumonia when I wake up tomorrow morning.

Let us see how this goes. I shall post later, if I survive. :)

Well, I woke up this morning feeling no more ill than yesterday, and almost certainly pneumonia-free.

Although, the way today is shaping up, that may yet turn out to be far more curse than blessing.
