Weather.com lists the ambient temperature at 21 degrees currently, with a wind chill factor of 14.

I now proceed to the gym dressed in naught but a heat-dissipating T-shirt and polyester sweatshorts.

The walk to the gym from my apartment is one mile, no less.

I am going to buy a memory foam mattress pad.  Within the next day or two, at most.  I've been doing some research, and I now basically know what I'm talking about when it comes to memory foam bedding.  I also know what I want- a 4" pad with a density rating of 5 lbs/inch or higher.  (Most of the places seem to go up to 5 or 5.5 lbs/inch, I've seen ( Read more... )

Morale: plummeting.  Work morale, that is.  So no, this isn't another general morale failure, but it is a serious problem.
