true, but you have to respect a guy who knows how to get a little attention from his girl at work.
If he really was just insane and not funny I'm sure you could get him for disturbing the peace or something.

Yeah, I just moved here from Orlando (well, Winterpark but thats besides the point) So I really don't know this place, but it seems as though nobody really cares about anything.
In Florida I have seen someone get arrested for pulling a stunt like that, but from what I've seen so far it seems as if the cops at the bank would have probably thought it was a cute little joke and a nice change of pace from day to day to get their bellies jiggling :)
