Ahh.  This is a horrible morning.  Eva kept waking up in the middle of the night for no reason.  She wasn't hungry because thats easy.  I can just let her eat and fall back asleep.  She wakes up because she wants to look around and be entertained.  And she won't just sit and look around.  She wants me to hold her up on her feet ( Read more... )

Today pretty much sucks.
Eva is being really fussy today, I don't have anyone here to hold her for a bit so I can take a long shower, I can't go anywhere since my car is in the shop, and I am out of tofu.

Today was so wonderful.  Nicholas came over and I cooked for us.  I love cooking.  But I am not very good at it :(
Nick I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful books, Eva's toy, and the yummy cookies.  You rock.

On Monday Eva gave me her first happy to see me smile.
I peeked into her bassinet to see how she was and when she saw me she smiled :)

Yesterday I decided to use my sling.  I put Eva in and went out for a short walk.  It worked so well.  I was a little nervous about it but I was able to carry her in it and have both my hands free.  So convenient.

My mom is coming over today to watch the baby so I can go vote and run some other errands.  I would take her with me but I have about 5 ( Read more... )
