I expect Yama-jii's bankai to be nothing short of annihilation. If it affects Seireitei this much already I wonder what it will do once Soutaichou goes all out with its power. Not exactly a surprise in hindsight that he didn't whip it out against Aizen.
And the fact that he draws such a force of destruction this early in the war reaffirms me in thinking that Yama-jii will go down soon.
I'm going to agree this is likely to be Yama-jii's last stand. We haven't seen what Juha's sword thingy does though. I'm liking his bankai abilities though it seems that it has rather severe consequences. I wonder if Unohana's in reserve to deal with what happens after Yama-jii lets loose or goes down.
Yama-Jii's bankai!! Finally! Unohana is...what? Hmmm I must've missed that since I was so taken with Yama-Jii. Him at the spotlight for so long only certifies what I fear: Yama-Jii's death is drawing closer. He's having his moment of glory before his departure and the longer it lasts, the sadder I get because the harder it will be to let him go. I was glad to see Hitsugaya, Shunsui and Ukitake doing well, I had forgotten they had also entered battle. It gives me hope to see all the other captains as well. In my mind I'm thinking "Byakuya, Renji and Rukia are gonna be okay" even when I know that all other captains being well does not necessarily mean that they really are okay
