p.s. Apparently, arejpas are a fantastically versatile bread option - since we had brunch this day, we had frijoles negroes y huevos con ajo y queso con las arejpas. OMG. If I am ever reincarnated, a Venezuelan chef I will be (at least on one turn-around!)
