thats what my trainer was telling in my ear this morning, and although i knew he was only talking about my hurting leg muscles, i took his advice and applied it to my aching heart. hey a muscle is a muscle right?

i think i woke up this morning realizing that the only way ill ever have you is if i just let you go. no tears this time, i woke up this morning with a smile.

im smiling without you this time and i feel alive.

i wonder if you know you let me down. i wonder if you know that you make me feel bad inside and i still smile and take it in stride. i wonder if you know that its not the same. i wonder if you know that you arent the same. or maybe im the one that was clueless this whole time. i wonder.

today it stormed then after the storm there were beutiful rays of light beaming from behind the dark clouds. rays of hope of a better tomorrow. rays of hope that this love will once again flurish.
